The container (Ivermectin horse paste) has increments on the plunger. Each increment is for 50 pounds of meat so 200 pounds would be 4 increments. I take the cap off the top on mine and holding it upright like a needle you can make sure the edge of the gel is even with the tube. Doesn't hurt if you take more so stick the gel on a spoon and swallow chase with water don't chew it kind of nasty.

If you got Duramectin from Durvet, it is about 1.3 cm per 156 lbs of body weight. Don't drink alcohol and don't take more than your dose. For Prophylaxis you take on day 1 and day 3 and then every week.
