I can go there and get brief glimpses. It's like watching a DVD on 12x speed. You get an idea of what's going on, but it's not clear. So I'd like to know how to drop the physical world completely for a few minutes, and go deeper into the inner planes. I'm getting a little better day by day, so Im not frustrated. But I could use a boost. Do you visualize yourself shrinking down? Or do you just bilocate to your other self, which is already there?
