So, there I semi-doxxed him. It is written up in the newspapers that this is his police -- so he should have issued with his name batted around - who care. We need to start naming corporations and people who are Satanic and that is what I believe they are. I will try to create a list off the NY Times full (I believe two page) list of the people who are boycotting/shaming GA for their voter laws. We need to spend the money we have supporting like-minded and shun the people (gov't, TV, actors, entertainment) and corporations who are acting as our enemies. They chose this fight - not us. Although I was not keen on that, I did go through with that, but mask wearing would make me panic at not being able to breathe properly. |

At will means an employer can terminate someone at any time they wish with or without cause, in so long as, they do not base their termination decision on a protected status. If in NM (or AZ, NV, CO, TX where I am well versed in the law), it is tough and employer liability is limited from a damages/actions perspective. Even agregious violations (in our perception) of the law are tough to establish damages and it can be very tough to find a lawyer who will take it on a contingency. IF in MT, all bets are off. I dug into this deeply for my wife 12 years ago and went back to school to learn the law. Now here is my predicament. When COVID hit, I was a VP at a medium to large sized company. I was furloughed. We came to an agreement that I would do contract work which quickly boomed. I resigned, incorporated, have hired my old staff + and have been rocking. My old employer sent a "demand" letter to us for vaccine verification for myself, household members and staff. I told them NO and other dynamics are now in play. The third party we work for (very conservative!) Won't demand vaccines. My dept. notified me by phone that I was suspended, I said Okay and DID NOT make a scene in either instance. I went six weeks without calling or inquiring about my status. Six weeks. Finally I get a call from the Department Manager that I should come back to work on Monday. I said that would be good but I am missing six weeks pay and should probably get a lawyer. I was put on hold for about five minutes. He came back on said and said OK the money would be waiting for me when I showed up on Monday. I showed up on Monday, the money was there and life went on as usual. I can almost guarantee you that he was conferring with company lawyers during the time I was put on hold. SO, tell you daughter to above all else, stay calm and resolute while she is being coerced - NO DRAMA -, roll with it. They will definitely back down, but also do not mention getting a lawyer to them until it is absolutely necessary, tell her to not show them the cards she is holding, keep them guessing. Good luck. I think this is a great idea. My daughter is 41 and is not hot headed like me. I would have walked, but that would not be good for her to do. She stayed home today and left early yesterday when she got the notice. Hopefully she can log on and read all these comments, but she has never come here. The NO DRAMA should be her approach, but right now she is scared. The last job I had was in a nursing home right before Covid, I took my uniforms in a target bag with a note taped to the bullseye...Take this job and shove it, Love Debbie Always wanted to say that to a job, bucket list complete. |

She should go about her usual work routine, discuss NOTHING about her vaccine beliefs, etc., with her employer. She can reply with a "NO, I WONT BE TAKING THE VACCINE", but shouldn't say anything else beyond that when asked. This is because her comments can be exploited against her as well if this goes to court, not too mention, the firm will most undoubtedly be surreptitiously recording her when meeting/terminating her employment. In fact, before she is terminated, and she probably will, SHE should be using the tactics above on them while she can. For example, she should be secretly RECORDING their comments, threats, conversations, or at the very least documenting the who said, what said, where it was said. She should also make copies of the documents/agreements she received WHEN she was hired related to expected conduct/rules/etc., This is because they may try to revise those docs to favorably cover their asses (highly illegal). I wouldn't put it past any business, especially if employee was hired 10/15/20 years ago. Hopefully, these assholes incriminate themselves any more on top of these unconstitutional demands and firing. |
