Of course they would. Having demonstrations that aren't unconditionally pro-Putin in Russia is illegal. If people do show up and they get shot or thrown to jail it will show them that no dissent is allowed. Actually the democracy activists in Russia consider today's demonstrations as the last ones ever, since belonging to any human rights or democratic groups is later this week going to be labeled by the courts the same as belonging to ISIS.

Get with the times. Funded by America & the NWO, ISIS is a "human rights" or "democratic" organization.
