Reduce worldwide military spending by 10% per year for 5-years; cap those numbers for 5-years, then reduce spending by 5% per year for 5-years running; then cap that number for 5-years. Gut judicial and political system. Reduce lobbying and Medical Mafia by 90%. And so on and so forth.

Problem will resolve itself; otherwise wait for massive inflation to kick in gradually; starting now.

does the $123 trillion include the tens of trillions disappeared through the Department of Defence? I'm thinking those Aliens at Area 51 and elsewhere have some really gourmet tastes. Other than that, I conclude that foreign heads of state, other officials, terrorist groups, and noisy minorities are bleeding America dry. Why don't we just re-arrange the chairs on the deck of the Fed and throw a big going-under party?

If the markets were the only factor, the value of the dollar would have crashed long ago. The only thing holding up the purchase power of the dollar is our proxy wars, which install power structures that will trade actual valuable commodities for dollars. The moment the dollar is no longer tethered to such commodities is the moment the dollar crashes and burns.
