While you do this for instance laying on your bed- you visualize how your room would look as your spinning and how the inertia on your body would feel. This usually tricks my body and I can sometimes be whisked into the astral realm...

Like another poster on this thread stated I've seen technological war and doom. I saw space craft dog-fighting one another in the skies above me as they would cloak and uncloak.

In one experience which I don't even know if you'd call in AP or not I was in the body of a young Mongolian looking guy who looked like a mix between Russian and Asian. He had blue eyes, but more Asiatic features. Anywas why I was this guy I was huddled in a building with a woman of similar appearance to mine and we were in this urban looking city that was being bombed by high tech craft and drones all around us. The landscape looked very similar to a city under siege.

My other experience which I've had multiple times in a supernatural being that is very similar to Thor in appearance minus the hammer. Each experience with him I'm in this void of either ice or darkness fending off these hordes of black-eyed looking humans. I usually get surrounded by these things and a melee ensures, but I almost always quickly get overwhelmed by these things and and have to call lighting down from the sky to destroy them and get away...
