I've never seen a natural woman with that thick of a neck and yes, I have seen many masculine-looking women of all nationalities. Even female athletes don't have super thick necks not even when they're older.

How would a tech-challenged individual accomplish that great feat?

Since the start of the year, and before it too, weird, freaky, WTF?! moments have been occurring regularly in DC with Biden, Harris, etc.

The only thing I'm fairly confident about (although I don't totally know the reason for it) is Xiden not receiving a full presidential-caliber 21-gun salute at his "inauguration."

The video of the salute given to President Trump in 2017 was clearly way more formal and complete than what China Joe received earlier this year.

Also, claims that the person listed as Hillary Clinton at Biden's inauguration was a a fake due to the person's height also was a WTF?! moment.

Side-by-side photos of the fully vetted Hillary standing next to Bill with the woman shown standing next to Bill in January revealed the more recent "Hillary" was noticeably shorter. People do shrink with age, but not that much.

Then there were the images of the the CGIed mics in front of (or behind) Biden when he was talking to reporters near the South Lawn of the White House.

Or a supposedly live outdoor meeting in the Rose Garden a few months ago that didn't actually appear to be taking place, as concluded by blogger Richard Citizen who was in a hotel room a few blocks east of the property overlooking it.
