KATROM. For anxiety USE. What strain?

I prefer CBD oil now, but kratom can be helpful but you have to be more careful since the withdrawl is bad like with opioids.

I would go with red leaf strains like red borneo and red bali.

Less is more with kratom, tolerance starts to diminish effects, so I'd try and skip maybe 2 days a week if possible.

I'd start maybe 1-3 grams a dose btw.

Reds are for pain and always worked better for me, a little sedating so good for relaxing and sleep.

Yellows, greens, and gold strains were more energetic so might not be good for anxiety.

But if you did want one for energy, I would go with a green strain. Then maybe mix the greens and reds to blend if you wanted.

I am using CBD oil but doesn't do me much good. For some reason I'm getting a very heavy neck tension/ muscles tension on the upper chest and a strong discomfort in the front neck area (like I have a hand around my neck) and once I take .25 gr.of Xanax the tension and discomfort is gone.
I do want to try the KATROM. It seems that can have the same effect like the xanax but is natural

You do you, but this will have a much better outcome if you use dietary and physical technique than just masking it with drugs.

I use green 2 Tbsp and one tsp coca concentrated powder for anxiety. Make it with a cup of chamomile tea. You can thank me later. Mysterious Bolivian sells the concentrated powder which works best easy delivery and all that.

green maeng da is going to be your best bet for starting out. It is like green and white vein combined - both relaxing and stimulating as long as you don't overdo it and consume quantities higher than your body can take.

Start taking it on a weekend. Weigh how much you take, or split it into capsules so you can accurately measure what does works well for you. if you don't, you will eventually over consume it and will feel like vomiting as if you took too many pain pills

And if you have it maybe a Puff but only 1 of some indica. With my recipe you won't be tired at first but later when you go to bed you will sleep like the dead. Also the number 1 thing coca is used for is anxiety so read the list of alkaloids Contained in coca and you will know why it works. Hope it works out for you...

If you want to get high, I get it. Don't think you need it to cure anxiety.

I have used all strains at all doses.
Less is more with kratom.
I take between 1-2 grams 4x a day.
Strains dont play a huge difference; more to do with supplier. One strain maybe great for someone but make another person nauseous even at low doses.

Microdosing LSD is best for anxiety. :)

The use of KATROM will be for anxiety. Replacing the Xanax use with KATROM use. From my understanding it does the same thing (the correct strain) and is natural.
Anyone else did switch from Xanax to KATROM? Details are VERY helpful

Maeng Da white seemed to work pretty well for anxiety which I have needed over the last 2 weeks. Just ordered a sampling for 'Mood and Mind', I'll report back on those as I ingest them.

The bottom line is: Looking for KATROM strain that makes the nervous system to calm down (just like Xanax) but not looking for the high sensation. What strain of KATROM that works on the same receptors that the Xanax works on

Green vein for anxiety. A maeng da from a reputable source, Malay and Borneo are also great if they’re from a good source. If you can, drink it. If you can’t stand the taste (like me) is go with capsules. Buy a capsule machine online and capsules and capsulize them yourself, it’s unbelievably cheaper! Good luck to you!
