These are what I found at the Mexican restaurants in Knoxville, TN. I ate many spicy meals there in the 90's. They were authentic, Mexican family owned.

So I figure if it's good for them... They should know.

I order them plain from the pizza place. My fridge is always full of sauces I need to use up.

I like to mix and match flavors sometimes.

Our own peach habenero sauce. Tabasco is second. Love it's Smokey quality.

you would love the KFC packets. They are like tabasco with a little more smokey flavor. I used to just get potato wedges from there and drowned them in hot sauce packets....now they dont have wedges anymore:(

The pizza place has that but it's not spicy at all.

We try them all and often, and yes, over the counter quick hot sauce fixx that's easily available , Frank's just can't be beat.

Did you know that the only difference between Pico de Gallo and Salsa is that the salsa is blended into a sauce.

It's the same ingredients. So if the grocery store is ever out of salsa, just buy Pico de Gallo and put in the blender.

Cholula. I love it on everything.

I just had a drop of this in my chicken Ramen and it lit me up. My lips are still tingling. I like to add my custom Asian spice blend too but that's not spicy at all. Tastes like curry, licorice, cinnamon and clove.

I've had the green Yucateco but I like their XXXX hot sauce. It's still nowhere near as hot as Dave's sauces.

A strangely good combo is frank's with plain salted potato chips. Messy!

I'd try a little on the kettle cooked chips. The thin ones would get soggy..

I hate Frank’s and anything that remotely tastes like Buffalo.
I love tobasco the right amount of heat but still pleasantly edible.

I like Korean Gochujang sauce much better than Sriracha.

Koreans grow the best hot peppers in the world.
