Derek Chauvin Trial - VERDICT IS IN - Guilty On All Three Counts

I hope they have a strong individual like me on the jury... he’s innocent and fuck BLM.

What transpired has no outcome in the verdict.

The radical plan is for chaos.

Chaos will be light if he's found guilty.

I agree, its also an opportunity to scoop up vandals and criminals off the streets... they need to go away anyways.

That won't really change Chauvin's situation.

The state will immediately proceed to a new trial, and I'm sure they will do so until they get a conviction.

Prosecution has unlimited taxpayer funds to keep Chauvin on trial for the next 10 years, but how many more expert witnesses can Chauvin afford?

I doubt that another trial would take place in Minneapolis. This jury should have been sequestered long ago.

Or a Trump "pocket" pardon is played if a conviction on one or more charges is handed down by the jury.

A President cannot pardon people for state crimes, only federal.

If he gets murder they will riot in celebration.

If he gets manslaughter they will riot because it's too lenient.

If he gets acquitted they will riot.

If it's a hung jury they will riot.

I think they will come to an answer early today

Hopefully the jury knows this, and just does the right thing.. either way. In my opinion, he didnt kill him. I just dont understand why they just couldnt hog tie him and let him sit there, until EMS got there. Without sitting on him. That was stupid

Explained in testimony ... if hog tie, Sgt required to come to scene which one of Lane or Kueng reminded. For whatever reason, senior Officer on scene Chauvin decided against using the device.

This whole thing sucks on so many levels

If he is acquitted, he is going to live the rest of his life looking over his shoulder

A man is dead, and is never coming back

The incident, instead of being a lesson has become a purity test for both sides

Not to blame victim, but just to point out decision points where we never would've heard of this incident

- if buddy Morrise and GF dee dee after being rebuffed trying to pass phony $20 at Kup Foods initially
- if GF dee dees from scene after at least 3 points of opportunity having passed likely same counterfeit $20 (right away, first employee approach to car, 2nd employee approach to car) for items at Kup Foods
- if GF hadn't tossed pills into mouth before removal from his own car by 2 Officers initially on scene
- if GF had of gotten into squad willingly


Damn shame all these off ramps missed before Officer Chauvin did what he did.

Federal civil rights denial charges await a hung jury or "insufficient" finding of guilt on part of jury.

It won’t matter if he can’t afford expert witnesses. If they keep on trying him people like me don’t care about “expert witnesses “ just like people who think he’s guilty don’t care about “expert witnesses”.

Gotcha - was thinking situation of State trial on federal charges.

This was just an invented story to try to inflame people’s passion to get them to see this as a murder when it wasn’t. I believe the club owner said it is unlikely Chauvin and Floyd knew each other or even came in contact with each other.

Think of it this way, if there was any truth to them not getting along someone would have testified to it. In fact even if it wasn’t true the prosecution would have likely found someone who would lie and tell such a story.

And what group lobbied the police dept. and forced them to take such a common sense measure off the table and force officers to continue to act against the health of a perp until a "sergeant" arrives to give his blessing to a common sense tactic?

The idiots who really murdered Floyd.
