"Many"-some- kids have a wiring problem

in their brains because their

mothers and fathers ingested alcohol

and other substances that damaged the

kids. Leads to a lot of learning problems.

BTW- Not all kids with special needs are damaged
by their parents. Things happen that cause expression
of genes that cannot be explained with our limited
knowledge.

Many people may have minor "learning problems" that they
have overcome on their own.

Some kids DO need specialists to help them
