They're coming after nicotine vaping next. In fact it's already been subject to a partial crackdown as well as regional bans in blue areas and I expect this will only intensify in the coming months. They'll use the argument that it's too appealing to kids and then throw in some pseudo-science about it being a public health threat.

Personally I think lowering nicotine just makes the 'gene therapy' more effective.

But banning alcohol worked out so well.

People think that, but it's not true. Called the ATF myself before I planted it in my home garden in Georgia.

It is (ex-tobacco picker) an awesome plant really.

They already banned Menthols in UK last year.

It was the reason I quit smoking because i can't smoke normal cigarettes.

Best thing that happened to me. They cost £8.50-£10.00 a pack for 20 in UK, was costing me a fortune as i smoked a pack a day and i only smoked menthols so before the law was introduced I quit. from 20 a day to none.

There is absolutely nothing good at all about smoking, health issues, stained teeth, smell, the cost...

Anything to get rid of people smoking is a good thing.

Menthol and all flavored nicotine products including vape juice has already been banned here in Massachusetts under the guise that they encourage kids to smoke. Everyone just goes up to NH or RI to get theirs. And they're cheaper. I personally switched to organic tobacco.

But if they want something that'll unite the left and right and black and white around a common goal, this would be it. Nothing like a bunch of angry, pissed off smokers who can't get their fix.
