Meh...I over drink sometimes, rarely eat junk food, started chewing tobacco at age 9 then switched to cigs at 11 so 41 years of a pack, if not 2 a day, was a pothead from 13 to 35 and am 145 lbs, 5"8. I in no way look like a bean bag. Carry on though. 4 out of 5 Dr's will agree with you, just as 4 out of 5 dentists like Crest. 90+ of those over 100 smoke and drink. Carry on.

Hmmmmmm!? Not so sure.

Can only speak for myself, but I badly neglected my health/skin/etc through my 30s and 40s, and really piled on a lot of weight by age 50 (~290lbs)

Since losing most of the excess weight, and getting my act together... now in mid-50s, and have been told many times that I look wa-a-a-a-a-y better than I did at 30 - before the 20 yrs of neglect began.

Good genetics maybe has a lot of say in it?
