obesity (excess energy) related diabetes is a storage problem. It makes sense that normally 'skinny' people naturally possess less adipocytes. They will develop diabetes at less absolute weight gain compared to someone with abundant storage. Just like a guy with a 1 car garage versus a 4 car garage...the one car garage does not have as much space and at the same level of excess stuff, will spill over out into the driveway. Adipocytes have a great capacity to expand, but still there is a finite level of expansion. Once thresholds are reached, that fat cell ain't storing anymore energy...the bloodstream shows increased levels of sugar, insulin, fats, etc...which in turn increases BP...

Have not had time to read all the responses, but I was involved in nanotech back in 1999-2000 when I was still an aerospace engineer.

Some datapoints:

1. Carbon nanotubes occur naturally although they are rare. For years, maintenance techs had to clean out black, fluffy deposits in the fuel lines of jet aircraft. In the presence of hydrocarbons with high heat, some tubes form naturally.

2. The cruder multi-wall tubes are easier to manufacture. They have been used in auto fuel lines for many years to make the plastic tubes electrically conductive which lowers the chance of a fire.

3. Dr. Richard Smalley at Rice U. co-discovered carbon nanotubes in about 1992 for which he and the others shared a Nobel Prize.

4. I interviewed Dr. Smalley in 1999 and he told me, "The big challenge is the wet/dry chemistry interface. Having SWNT (single wall nanotubes) interface with human cells would offer tremendous benefits such as helping paraplegics to walk again."

5. In terms of creating stronger materials, the challenge is "butt-welding" tubes together to make long structures. At that time nanotubes were microns long, but to be practical you need tubes at least millimeters long.

6. Carbon nanotubes have tremendous potential in structures. For example, they are estimated to be 600 times as strong as steel for the same weight. You can literally create an elevator that goes from the equator to geosynchronous orbit and beyond, a "Sky Hook". Access to outer space would be incredibly cheap.

Dr. Robert Forward's company, Tethers Unlimited, researched this and other concepts.

7. There was research on making computers using nanotubes. They are wonderful conductors of electricity and heat. However, it is hard to organize them per a plan. So, one idea was to simply put them on a substrate, determine the connections and layout, and then adapt the programming to the existing structure.

8. At that time, there were studies on lung toxicity in lab rats. The tubes appeared to be benign in those studies.

I am sure there is more, but I lost a lot of memories when I had cancer later. My cancer treatment cut off blood supply to part of my brain.

I am sure that in the last 20 years there has been tremendous progress.

What uprising are you talking about? Humans especially in America have the uprising energy of a dead turtle unless Soros pays them to do it. Maybe in other countries. But certainly not the US. No one cares about anything being done to them here.

Why? Flouride, prescriptions, processed junk foods, television zombifying mind control tech and other causes have debilitated many around the world.

My only agreement with your reply is the logistics of how would nano tech be activated by heat and moisture? I am actively digging for evidence of such scientific advancement. I am, yes, jumping to a unfounded conclusion that somehow since the Rice vid was released in 2016 the development of a heat/moisture based activator has been invented and included in the strands being found in masks. You have seen the recent videos of people breathing on them and they respond by coming to "life" just on detached breath, right?
