Thanks AC, I was diagnosed at age 45, its a genetic thing with us, two sisters have Ms another has Lupus and some of the nieces also. I am 80 Yrs old, still ice fish, hunt, fish on overcast days (no sun tolerance) work at my tribal employment, cook and clean. Some days I cant walk and some days I cant move but I only treat with Native American Medicines and never take vaccines, never get the regular flu, did have what I believe was a covid episode in feb of 2021, recognized it and attacked it totally and in 36 hours I was ok,in spite of bad heart,bad lungs etc and all. We dont wear masks or gloves so we can keep building our immunity.

For pain, should we choose to acknowledge it, we use a Miniigan Salve made from Pine pitch,about a cup scraping the bark off red willow, a milk half gallon jug full in the spring, female cedar sprigs,an armful, remove from wood. bees wax(a whole honey comb) and thousands of spring poplar leaf buds with the green stripe just ready to burst into leaf at the next sunny day-about 6bread bags full-boil it all up in a 2-3 tubs crisco, strain and pour into safe canning jars, little ones and let solidify.It makes a beautifull honey colored salve that smells beautiful. Use on burns (keep a little in the fridge for this), on muscle aches, pains etc. External only. In fridge lasts at least one year. We cook up outside, kids and dogs kept away.
