I moved to Chicago from New York for a career change which has been good, but I'm moving out next year. This place has gone downhill fast since COVID, and it's not getting better. I don't see the point of living in Chicago anymore. It doesn't offer much.
They also have a new tax if you have a website. The host charges you an extra 9% if you have a Chicago address.
