Interracial Couples on TV Commercials and in Reality

i'm done after this post, because my energy is better spent elsewhere; that "whole genetic package" is part of another living being. i think we all know the purpose of life in a fallen, disproportionate world is to help others, and mirror our Creator's Love.

Let's start with Reality:

A record 14.6% of all new marriages in the United States in 2008 were between spouses of a different race or ethnicity from one another.

Among all newlyweds in 2008, intermarried pairings were primarily White-Hispanic (41%) as compared to White-Asian (15%), White-Black (11%), and Other Combinations (33%). Other combinations consists of pairings between different minority groups, multi-racial people, and American Indians.

So of all new marriages...marriages between a black person and a white person are (0.146)*(0.11) ->

1.6% of new marriages


Now here is a set of commercials with couples in it that I saw this morning while watching soccer games today. This is a small sample but it's a sample. I have not included commercials that did not have couples featured.


1. Gilette: Light black male, very briefly light black female
Hyundai (camping): White male, light black female

2. Corona: white male, light black female; dark black male, white female

3. Southwest (forensics): light black female, white male - however, these is depicted as a professional relationship, so counting separately

4. Wendy's (Reggie Miller): dark black male, white female
however, these is depicted as a professional relationship, so counting separately

So far, 4 commercials with 3 romantic couples and 2 professional couples. All the couples are mixed. The 100% romantic couples wildly exceeds the 1.6% in reality.

Also, interesting that the black women were all light-skinned but the black males were dark-skinned. Curious to see if that trend continues.

I will be updating this as I watch more commercials.

My boyfriend is white and I’m black, and dark skinned. Isn’t cousin is married to a Hispanic woman.

No the problem is with the company. They could tell the ad agency to f# off with this shite! If there was no demand for it the ad agencies wouldn't make these.

There is one commercial in particular that stands out to me:
It's a commercial for an SUV with a white dad, black mom (who is always driving) and a couple of kids in the back, who are very black. When you see this what comes across is that White Dad is a stranger in his own family - he doesn't fit in. Nor does he have a leadership role - the Black Mom is obviously the leader because she is driving. To me this is an archetypal example of what they are trying to promote.

This isn't good for white people. I would not want to sit in a car surrounded by my purported family and be the only one who doesn't fit in, who's obviously of a different race. It's not natural or normal.

Another commercial I get a kick out of is a Tide commercial with two white lesbian moms - who have 2 BLACK children. Now why 2 white lesbian women would (presumably) adopt 2 black children is beyond me but it looks absolutely bizarre and to me, feeds into that whole idea I have that white liberals view black children as "pets". Stop promoting the anti-Jwish shit. Even if it's partly true - and it might be because many of them are Leftists and hate themselves and probably blame whites in general for the Holocaust, it totally undercuts any debate we might have because we are instantly labeled as anti-Semitic and no one listens to our arguments. It's a very common way of rejecting us out of hand.

How about the one for an online travel company - the black mom is the professional breadwinner, she's sitting in the tub planning out the family vacation with the song in the background "I don't know why I love you, but I do"....meanwhile the fat, redheaded husband stumbles through the door with the groceries, nearly spilling them (which is why she doesn't know why she loves him, but she does, he's obviously a clutsy moron).

The next scene is the family loaded up in the car, two mixed kids in the back, white husband in the passenger seat and now black mom is driving them off on their vacation.

It just seems so...pathetic.

Obviously this makes you angry since you are devoting your time to catalog the occurrence of interracial couples. Why is that ? Do you think it has to do with your deep seated racism ? Or perhaps it is due to your jealousy of couples in relationships you have been unable to form yourself ? Asking for a friend

100% correct. It’s not the “true” ones anyway, it’s the ones that “claim” to be but aren’t according to the book of Revelations. Anyone ever read “The Hidden Dangers Of The Rainbow”? By Constance Cumbley? Pretty sure she had it right. The book used to be on Amazon... it’s an older book. Great read.
