Even people who feel well can help health researchers predict the spread of COVID-19 by answering a short survey from Carnegie Mellon University. Can you spare a few minutes to help?
Take a Survey for COVID-19 Public Health Research
This voluntary survey conducted by Carnegie Mellon University Delphi Research Center asks health questions to track the spread of coronavirus.
Why It Helps
This survey will help CMU Delphi Research monitor and forecast the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) to improve preparedness and response.
Data Collection and Your Privacy
This survey is conducted by CMU and you'll leave Facebook to take it. It will take about 3-5 minutes.
Facebook won't share information about who you are with CMU. We'll share a random ID number and a single statistical number that doesn't identify you to help them measure participation properly, as well as your language preference.
Your responses in the survey will be used by CMU for COVID-19 research purposes.
CMU won't share your survey responses with Facebook, but will notify us about completions.

“You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth.”
