On January 29, 2019, a medical assistant was terminated by her employer when a routine drug test revealed that the employee had used marijuana. The employee told her employer that she was a medical marijuana patient and provided her employer with a certificate, signed by her physician, that she was approved to use medical marijuana. Nonetheless, her employer refused to reconsider her termination and the employee filed a lawsuit against her employer alleging a violation of the Medical Marijuana Act, and wrongful discharge. Answering a question of first impression in Pennsylvania, the Lackawanna County trial court ruled that Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Act (“Act”) does provide for a private cause of action against an employer who terminates an employee despite the Act’s prohibitions. The Court also ruled that such a termination violates public policy and therefore provides an employee with a common law cause of action for wrongful discharge.

Changes are coming and my federal job is not a drug free workplace. It did not require a drug test and did not require the signing of any policies on drug use. Therefore, I can not be fired for marijuana use unless it is specified at the time of employment.

I am leaving them in the pots. I tried digging as that was the original plan, but my yard is full of rocks and I need a pickaxe to dig deep enough.

This is true as I have been busted by the feds in oregon even though I was completely within the states rules with all the paper work in check .but I'm sure the op is safe with 4 plants.where I live it's all the people do as the conditions are perfect for it ,you would not believe the size of some of the grows going in.the latest thing is to hide the good stuff in large acres of hemp as the plants look the same. Looks good op the only thing I would add is you need bigger pots ,fabric, roots will air prune near the edges and you won't run into root rot issues ,also they dry out quicker allowing you to feed ( water)more.the drying out is important as the roots grow looking for moisture allowing them to chew on more dirt.good work.

Bro, you should of used FoxFarm Strawberry fields also. Ocean forest in the core ( veg container ) then transplant into Strawberry fields, It supports the flowering cycle much better then FFOF. Cocoloco is badass too. Cocoloco veg, transplant into strawberry fields, just water. outside, probably need boosters or teas 3/4 into flower. Awesome bro, good luck, be safe.

I just ordered some delta8 to try it. My goal is to take a t break from delta9 by supplementing delta8. Might not work, but either way, I need a tolerance break. Been smoking two ounces of oil a month.
