Police shootings. Statistical studies prove far different results vs media narratives

In the end it is of my solid opinion, in order for us as a nation to have a solid police force. We need to hire intelligent officers, not based on skin color. Officers based on merits of character and intelligence. We need to promote old school local peace keepers as a role of policing. There needs to be an end to this militarized commando image.

Peace keepers need to be active in knowing people, on a name basis once again. People have become complacent in distance of one another for far to long now.furthermore quotas of ticketing should be outlawed. Clearly putting pressure on officers in the field under pressure to find stops, leads to dishonest behaviors.
