You cant just "give up" US citizenship.

You have to renounce and pay $2,350 (Thank Obama)

You would be the first illegal deported, somehow they would know. Even if you didn't, and you worked, you would pay US taxes or be deported why do you think they bring them in, bubble gum? They got rid of that tax thing the Illegals used, and now they have to pay, and they can't complain about their taxes. Not like citizens could.

Here is one more, if they have children with them, their own, they can't complain if someone takes them, and doesn't bring them back. It is a bad situation all around, and they don't know until they come here. It would have to be monstrous to stay here and not want to go home. They should try to get the first country to take them in, not this country with these people that hide in the shadows.

I do believe all the money you put into social security with each paycheck then vanishes into the system and you get nothing. If you are armed forces retired receiving military retirement pay, that stops forever and cannot be restarted.

My mother and my aunt (her sister) are about 75% of the way throught the process of getting their Ireland citizenship because their grandmother came over from Ireland (through Ellis Island, NY) as an indentured servant in the 1800's.

Once they get their Ireland citizenship, then their children (myself included) will be getting our Ireland citzenship (dual-citizenship).

It never hurts to have options.

You can’t give up US citizenship unless you establish citizenship in another country first. A lot of dual US/Canadians have done it so they don’t get taxed in both countries. The US is one of the only countries that taxes on citizenship rather than residency. Get an immigration lawyer.

A decent lawyer can prove this government is illegitimate. But we know that does not solve the problem. Assholes declared war on me- and now you will learn.

Dual citizenship is not legal, sorry, I know that any of the children of a certain heritage is allowed into a country in the Middle East on the ocean side, they do not have dual citizenship as people claim, they are an American citizen and if they want to go and live there, then they can become Citizens because of their birth in the families there.

If you want to stay a US citizen you better be checking before doing if you don't want to mess up. As far as I know, there is no dual citizenship here. You would have a dual loyality is the problem.
