These are common issues/areas and topics for everyone that you mention at this point. One thing for sure is that there will come a day when people's bank accounts will be closed and also anything anyone keeps in a safety deposit box will one way or another NOT ever be made available to them. They will be looted. You won’t have a chance if that’s you in your avatar. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79785752 Some freaks will only care what one looks like bent over a chair. Some people will want to 'do' a corpse. Most people under normal situations try to forget what kinds of freaks are out there, and what depravity occurs when all restrictions evaporate. The SHTF will NOT be rainbows and unicorns, please and thank you, it will be the very WORST of humanity for the foreseeable future and generally stays that way for a long time. Criminals find safety and assistance when gathered together, Unfortunately decent people dont do so well when foreced together and problems are more often than not the rule. Almost inevitably any such group becomes dominated by a ruthless narcissitic despot. The best odds under law of the jungle of success are with the wolves, not the sheep,. Wrong. The best odds are always with God. Get a big scary weapon for deterrence purposes, not to kill. Put yourself 100% under God's authority, and he will guide and protect you. You won't have to kill anyone when you're under God's protection, but you might have to let off a warning shots. You get mixed up with the wolves and you end up like them. Not a good outcome ultimately. Better to get right with God and stick with God. |

Nothing...Do nothing...Get a part time job or sell some stuff if you want to pay off the loan faster, but dear God do not quit your job and then take a penalty on your retirement!! Have you looked into what penalties you may have to pay if you withdraw money from your retirement? Will you have to pay taxes on it? If you are under 59.5, there may be a $500 penalty. There may be state penalties as well. It may put you in a higher tax bracket. Those are some of the negatives. |

User ID: 2229693 United States 04/14/2021 10:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I get it. We have mines here in Az too. They pay pretty good I hear. The real fear is losing your job so your thinking of trying to get out while the getting is good. That's what I would be thinking. They may stop doing that at some point if things get bad. I wonder if people at your work are scaring you? Sometimes the talk can scare you even though it's just talk. Either way, I get your thinking. Right now is so 'up in the air'... We're not close enough to SHTF to make a good judgement on bugging out. And like 1 poster said, people will be worried about themselves. Here's the thing, have a place to take your camper and truck for WHEN the SHTF. Someone you trust. Tell them what the situation is and then make a plan with them to go there and decide on further actions...that's the BEST way to go with this uncertain time we live in... Living has taught me one thing; nothing is certain...except salvation through Jesus Christ! |
