The world at that level is full of all sorts of agendas, and intel agencies, work in ways that seem counter to what you think.

I doubt china really has the power over america that is claimed, just like when trump was in, the russia stuff was mostly bull.

But probably in american interests, america likes china to believe they have power over america.

The game at the top, is not a literal thing, intel agencies, and higher up intel, will have all sorts of things, and counter things going on.

Remember communism came from london, and new york, and pushed onto russia in 20th century. Its them pushing this on teh world, not china, although they may be using china, to make china think they are doing stuff they are not.

Its all a game, and i doubt china, has any more power over america, then just superficial power, just to make china believe they are winning.

Biden works for the elites of anglo american world, not china, and same for trump.

The anglo american elites put trump in trying to con russia, and i would suspect that these same elites put in biden, trying to con china, is similar games.

Covid19 was an american bio weapon attack on china, proving that china does not run america, or its power structure.

But those running america may be playing a game, ie to con china into thinking they have a power over usa, that they do not have.
