Yep. The Minnesota courts only allow prejudicial testimony for the prosecution.

So his blood pressure was 216/160 an hour after being arrested while just sitting getting checked out by a paramedic at the station.

What was it after fighting 4 cops for 20 minutes?

Which occurred after another year of smoking cigarettes and doing drugs?

But the judge sees no reason to sequester the jury at all.

Dang it, Nelson was over the target but didn't drop the "I can't Breathe" bomb. That was the most important thing in that video that the Jury should have heard in my opinion.

Yes and no. She’s nervous. But she seems real. A lot of other witnesses seem confident but biased.

These reporters are acting like a conviction is a slam dunk.

Nevertheless, those facts weren't relevant to the prosecutor who's badgering and leading of the witness was intended to make her look paranoid and alarmist for insisting Floyd go to the hospital based on that astronomical BP reading.

And just see, Floyd was fine after 2 hours so there was REALLY NO REASON to frighten a poor black man into a hospital visit.

Of course, if Floyd did have a tragic event directly related to the high BP and the paramedic had NOT insisted on monitoring, that same Prosecuting Witch would have gleefully gone for the jugular insisting on malfeasant negligence for letting Floyd go home in such a condition.

The judge may have disallowed it. Floyd acted exactly the same in the 2019 traffic stop. He said the exact same things. That is very relevant.

But, maybe Nelson doesn’t want to show it. Maybe he worries it shows that Floyd survived that time, so the cops on his back were the difference. We know that is how the prosecution would paint it.

Perhaps that was in a part of the video that was forbidden by the Judge?
