They put the killer cops camera video on the news tonight. The kid was not resisting and was calmly allowing the black cop to handcuff him when that crazy bitch ran up pointing a gun at him. He had an instinctive reaction to danger, he tried to run, and she shot him, for no reason.

Said it was an accident. Since deadly force could not possibly be justified, thats a hard sell Even if she accidentally pulled the trigger, it's felony murder because the killing occurred during the commission of a felony, assault with a deadly weapon. Aiming a gun at a person when deadly force is not justified is felony assault with a deadly weapon in all 50 states.

I find it hard to believe that no one besides me has figured out that most of the time when people resit or flee from the police, they are doing it out of an instinct to survive. This incident leaves no doubt of it.

According to the TBI, the Knoxville Police Department received a report of an individual who was possibly armed with a gun at Austin-East Magnet High School. Officers located the individual inside a school restroom

"They ordered him out, but he refused to comply," TBI said in a press release. "As officers entered the restroom, the subject reportedly fired shots, striking an officer. One officer returned fire. The subject was pronounced dead at the scene and has since been identified as a student. The officer who was shot was transported to a local hospital for treatment."
