1-in the first day

2-in the rest of the first week
i will buy a car
and for more safety, i will distribute 50% of the money in several local, international and even online banks like paypal
it is good not to put all eggs in one basket

3-in the second week
i may hire a lawyer to help me with the legal stuff, only if found a trustworthy one, or i maybe will ask my mother family to help me, but i will not tell anyone about the quantity of the money
i will buy a villa and a strong big safe
and i will use half a million to buy some golden jewelry, put them in the big safe with another 2 millions after i hide it in the villa
i will give 5 millions to my brother

4-in the third weak
i will marry quickly and i will give 10 millions to my wife
there are still a lot of good conservative women in Egypt who will desire me even if i was poor

5-afterwords
i will give half million to my mother family and i will give 2 millions to charity
i will maybe try to have the american or a European citizenship for better freedom, protection and life quality
if i succeeded i will immigrate to USA or Europe then i will live there for the rest of my life in prosperity/love/peace with my wife
i maybe invest like 20% of the money to keep the money from decreasing and to be productive
and i will start studying occult/magic to increase my magic power and to find away to be immortal and to create another paradise like reality for me and my wife
also i will try to give back to humanity by any mean i can accomplish, after all, humanity gave me $500 Million

I Would start a secret intelligence agency that could battle corrupt politicians and criminals.

Those are the biggest threats to society and freedom of the people.

I would also start an organisation that worked for an open dicussions on our boundaries between different cultures and countries. To try to unite the world under one flag. And no, not in a ”woke” way. Just to be able to have world peace and work towards common goals - fix this planet and conquer the stars.

Same thing my plans have been for over a decade now.

A few homes in the small cities for friends and families and drop in places to have a bite to eat, and for a few stubborn ones that won't do the country, only putting it in their name if they have children, otherwise it stays in the families names, but they live rent free, just fire insurances, taxes and a little put away for repairs.

Cheap homes, fixed up with full solar and even basement soundproofed stirling engines so they don't owe any utilities.

Land, many raw land deals, big farms to little farms in every single persons name, with various businesses set up.

One large townhouse with a basement near the university college in the bigger city for anyone who wants to go, someone manning it.

In all the areas with no building codes, large lands, set up as eco farms for those in need, and 2/3rds farmed for profit to grow their homes from cottages to whatever they need, 1/5-1/3 acre depending on size of family.

Public transportation to the smaller cities so those in need aren't cut off from friends and family and shopping, happiness and adventures or isolated feeling.

Would start Councils of Citizens and radio, news, with First Nations, who would also fund their own housing and farm food.

And we would start a lawyers group that does class actions against tyranny non stop.

Wake everyone up and get them to think tank all bad actions and have a bank of Private Investigators to follow bad judges and suspicious corrupt politicians and police for a couple years and then destroy their lives, so the few remaining would duck and dodge and do the right thing.

After everyone's houses were created on the eco farms, extra funds/profit would go into buying new land to do it again until there were homes for all in need, dividing up vulnerable people from more hard core types, and they would also be helped in their own pieces of land.

I'd buy a nice house. Then I'd buy an enormous piece of property outside the city and build a house in the middle of it. I'd go travel the world while the house was being built and pay someone handsomely to oversee the building of it and give me constant updates.

A few years after I won I'd also probably post like a Merry Christmas post or Facebook or something and then reward those who cared enough to respond in kind to it with like $50k or something, then I could sit back in amusement for the rest of my life while everyone around me becomes super nice on holidays and my birthday with well wishes.
