I watched the entire video. He wasn't interested in de-escalating anything. I am a veteran. If this "officer" is representative of today's army then we are in a world of hurt. He refused to obey lawful commands.

Put yourself in the cops shoes. You have a vehicle with no license and dark tinted windows that isn't pulling over when lit up. Yes there was a temp tag but they didn't see it because the window tint was so dark. Then the guy refuses to step out of the vehicle after he finally pulls over. That makes it a very suspicious stop. Sorry you are too thick to understand that.

Cops like that are why other cops get killed.

He was clearly disobeying the law and commenting illegal acts, first by not having a plate that is visible in the rear of the vehicle as required by law in addition to that the tint on the vehicle would be considered illegal in the state I live in I do not know about that state, second by trying to elude the police by not immediately pulling over as required by law, third by disobeying numerous direct commands of a police officer, as a military officer he knew exactly what he was doing and was doing all he could to try to be shot he was clearly trying to to get a lawsuit started, nothing but trash like you.
