Well, if you're going to have a great reset you have to collapse and erase all present systems of finance and governance. From now until about 2030-2040 we are either going to live in an AI powered, drone patrolled, blockchain tracked, heavily surveilled society or we're going to resist and take back what's ours (freedom). Set "Fair Gold Price".
Banks become digital, will exchange/vault gold/silver.

Next best renter. Bad credit. Good guy. Pays on time and fixes stuff for parts only. Disabled vet with 2 service dogs. One is a pit. He is thankful I rent to him.

Worse renter: great credit score. Left the place trashed and damaged. Renter was crazy and said my place haunted.
