Calling a retard a retard is being factual. Appropriate or not depends on your moral subjectivity. It's not like people calling a retard a retard has breach any right of the retard.

Only a fully empowered God self realized can say that they are responsible for everything in their reality. Other than that you should most likely assume that you are not omnipotent. At least no consciously until you can levitate or raise people from the dead, then we can say they are not victims.
