Amen this how I have always been. I view every situation as a problem and break it down to troubleshoot. My wide hates that I am always looking for a bright side or positive in any situation. She goes rhe opposite takes a victim mask and focuses on the negative followed by the worst possible outcome every time.. I look for the worst-case scenario, then plan for that. That way, I'm always prepared and don't suffer the damage from it. And if anything better than the worst happens, I'm happily surprised. The way I do: 1. Suddenly lot of shit happens in my life. 2. "What would be the best to come next from this present situation?". Then I make a list of all the troubles with their best solution. It worked many times in my life. Sometimes I forget what I did, weeks and months come and go, no change. And one day I realize on one of those troubles: "Wow, this is just, as I wished for long ago."
