So considering who the new atf director is I wouldn't be out scouring the lake for the bump stocks you may or may not have lost in tragic boating accidents a few years ago JUST YET!

This is one of those things that could flip back and forth several more times before eventually being settled completely for one.

For two though:

The ATF isn't exactly known for giving a fuck about whether something is legal or you're operating within your legal rights during the best of republican presidential administrations much less now when the ur scum fuckin bag in chief and friends are at the wheel!

For the sake of yourself your family and your poor dog, this is one of those hot potatoes not to fuck around with unless you're ready willing and able to reap the whirlwind.

Journalists do, thankfully. Back in the day we didn't get new news on the weekends unless something major happened. Even then sometimes we didn't get it till Monday morning.

Technically restrictions on machine guns is also unconstitutional. Only 2 shootings have occurred with automatic weapons, and one of the shooters was a police officer.

there was sound analysis done that pretty much proved it was a SAW doing the majority of the shooting but they never missed the chance to throw bump-stocks and hicap mags under the bus
