Be sure to kneel down in obeisance when encountering active-duty military and veterans, and let them know in no uncertain terms your undying gratitude - nay, worship - for bravely invading technologically-backward, third-world lands unbidden and protecting us from those goatherders who, in their hatred of our freedoms, would like nothing better than to cross the oceans and roll their ancient Ruskie tanks right down Main Street, USA. Make their apotheosis complete with a simpering “thank you for your service!” pushed out of your trembling lips, avoiding eye contact in the manner reserved for minor gods.
