Unpaid rent is piling up. Landlords can't hold on forever

I've heard from a few people lately(looking for apartments) that some places are asking for ONE YEAR rent upfront.

As usual, the government steps in and screws things up, this is only going to hurt renters in the end that have to pay 6 months to 1 year upfront because others are sitting around not paying rent.

That tells me there is something so doomy headed our way that it wont matter.

It wont matter that they destroyed the US dollar or the economy.

Places in Europe make you do that. No month to month because of people skipping out or refusing to leave and living for free. I can see that happening here.

i know there is money to be passed out directly to landlords for all the way back to march of last year. This program is far to landlords, and some people who really were affected.

freeloaders knew this, had the money and spent it on other than rent in bunch however.

I have to say the direct payment to landlords is a great idea. if you give it to the tenet it will never make it.

When I ran my business, if a customer didn't pay their bill, I would not release their fixed car...I had the legal right to do so too...If the government told me I had to work for free, I'd burn the motherfucker to the ground...
