My prosperous cousin likes to take ocean cruises and they, supposedly, require a covid vaccine shot.

My sister was terrified of getting it, going so far as to clean all her grocery items as tghey came into the house. Always wore a mask.

Apparently it's the least effective of the bunch. I equate to to the flu shot. Might, maybe, sometimes, kinda sorta help but not really. If you're not old or sickly I think it's pretty worthless but I'm not a doctor.

While the synthetic-lipid encased mRNA is only RNA (single strand) and should have a more limited half-life and work only from the cytosol (very theoretical)(also a LOT more prone to misfolding into a prion configuration due to the polyanode characteristic)(and crosses the brain-blood-barrier like it is non-existant)

The J&J one is a viral vector of a modified chimp adenovirus, and is DNA (double-stranded), and works retrotranscribing itself into the cell's nuclear genome, and from there producing the mRNA that transcribes into tRNA, that is simil to the S-protein. Meaning, it a lot more permanent, and those nuclei will be producing the S producing cascade, forever and ever and until the body realizes it is creating the foreign proteins, or exhaust the immune response, or develop a variant that escapes the immune pressure or takes advantage of suboptimal antibodies.

Also, prions and/or Pick's bodies and early-onset frontotemporal dementia.

I wouldn’t get this shot simply based on my personal and religious beliefs. The J & J shot was first used with aborted baby matter from 1985 (I believe) Norwegian aborted babies. Just goes against my beliefs. I won’t be getting any shot, but just wanted to throw that out there. There’s plenty of articles on the web about this- here’s one link.

i think we might be missing another problem here too. the spike proteins as you say have prion like domins. but they've only been really studied in the scenario they're still attached to the virus.

what happens when you've got millions of prion like domains on spike proteins freely floating about not attached to a virus.

we know the mechanism that the spike proteins employ to attach to a cell via the ace2 receptors actually damages the cell and can no longer do it's function.

thousands of spike proteins without virus in the body attaching to ace2 receptors exhibiting prion like behaviour in the prion like domains.,

The end result is the same. Even thoug it uses DNA inside an adenovirus derived from monkeys, it causes/uses your body to produce spike proteins to elicit an immune response.

I got it - it's a good vaccine.

They are also issuing a placebo, so if you didn't suffer any reactions you could have had a good placebo.

Pfizer and Moderna are RNA virus. Everything else is Chimp Adenovirus except Novavax.

Novavax is the safe one that everyone is waiting on - traditional protein based vax made from Moths.

Chimp vaxes are known to have caused cancer in the past. They seem to be causing blood clots (in the brain) and other ill effects currently.

To me one of the worst forms of coercion are the colleges who are insisting that students get it or the won't be able to participate in things on campus.

It's one of a handful in which you will play Russian Roulette with your life. However, there is some positives in all of this nonsense. It's been mentioned that only 60-70% of all shots are the poison, and 30-40% are placebo, saline, nonlethal. Again, rolling the dice with your life.
