The Soviet Union and The USA established a system of M.A.D (mutual assured destruction) believing that if mankind lived in fear of the end of the world then that would prevent world war three ....To rule with fear was the foundation of that belief. But that belief is always doomed to failure and here is why..............Because once human beings reach the point of insanity then fear is useless to use as weapon. It cant be done. Especially with the religious zealots running the world now. They are WANT it to come. They dont live for this world ....they live for the next. So ruling them with fear is pointless.

This is the direction the world is headed.
