the soldier is told to get out of the vehicle and he, while holding his hands up, says to them, im afraid to and the one cop yells YOU SHOULD BE< NOW GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE!

We don't know what this guy did prior the stop. It was enough apparently to force the cops to pull their weapons.

Without proper context, it's ridiculous to chime in with an anti-cop opinion.

Honestly seemed drunk off his ass, or completely terrified. Not sure which one it was.

That is why he was insisting the guy unbuckle his seat belt.


The driver knew what was up.

First thing the camera cop says is: "What's going on you're fixing to ride the lightening sir."

The driver has stopped his vehicle, has his hands up and out the window, and already they've got guns and tasers pulled. There's got to be more to this story... right? That doesn't just happen for a normal traffic violation?

ALSO, the soldier presumably wouldn't be suing the cops if he was actually guilty of anything provable, so...

"Ride the lightning" Just means getting tasered, not executed.

In this context, you are correct. (To someone on death row that phrase means something different, but this was a traffic stop, not death row obviously.)

Still, you never know who has a pacemaker or a heart condition. If I had either of those I would be very wary about getting those extra volts. Just sayin'
