I was plant based in my 20s but started eating a low carb paleo diet in my 30s and 40s. After adding animal foods back I developed many health issues including depression, insomnia, painful periods, cold hands and feet, oily skin, hair loss, eating disordered behavior, anxiety, fatigue, constant stress, flus, and recently, asthma. I’ve had pneumonia twice. It took an all day vigil and many hours of church services, as well as my own daily practice, to finally break away. Praise be to Jesus. |

Tried pharmaceuticals and other things (alcohol , weed , etc) , doing whatever I could to distract myself from the suicidal thoughts being whispered to me. He lifted me up from that when I repented on 2/2/2020 , accepted His grace and offer of salvation that He died for us to have. It was a radical change , literally overnight. And He continues to work radical changes though me still. If myself from 2019 could talk to me now , would call me crazy. Two very different people.
