and of course the part of psychotherapy, cause someone has to convince all that the current crisis is unique and it is normal to feel that way and so come to us to give you the way to live with it.

well, depends. If one watches too much Hollywood movies with the hero to take out the most before they take him down, and whilst breathing out his last breath he feels proud for not giving up...then you are right.
