What the actual ever loving HELL????

The prosecution does NOT even ask their medical examiner (THEIR KEY WITNESS) what is opinion is as to the cause of death???

This thing is getting more bizarre every day.

Did the autopsy guy just torch the prosecution's case???
 Quoting: The Daddylorian

Not according to court tv

They think it’s a slam dunk for prosecution

Did they not hear his severe heart condition couldn’t take the stress?

Police aren’t mind readers, Floyd never said I’m having a heart attack he was saying he couldn’t breath, most people assume if your talking you’re breathing
 Quoting: ~kpm~

Also, one can’t trust any of St. George Floyd of Fentanyl’s statements. He was a career criminal who had just attempted to pass a fake bill and resisted arrest. Floyd’s actions made all of his statements doubtful.

So if he didn't have those heart conditions he'd be alive today???
 Quoting: The Daddylorian

That's certainly how it came across

Not according to media, they heard if chauvin didn’t restrain him he’d be alive

Not true, had it been any other perp, he’d probably still be alive

Who diagnosed Floyd with covid then?
 Quoting: ~kpm~

They sent out samples, back in May 2020 turn around times for COVID were long... results came back long after autopsy just like the toxicology.
 Quoting: R. Wordsworth

Right like they're going to send him through a 4D MRI prior to contacting him for a crime.

If the jury has the wit to understand what just happened then Chauvin walks.

Just handcuffing Floyd could have stressed him enough to put him over the edge

I still can’t believe he doesn’t think drugs played a part, that’s a lot of fen in his system

With this being the case, then Floyd himself is part to blame for his death. If he had been compliant to begin with, the arrest would have been routine, correct? He needs to ask this.

What’s sad is in the moment, while subduing a career criminal on drugs, who is resisting arrest, they prob thought something like “oh I haven’t heard that one before”

It just shows you that you really do need to do what an officer says, in case you’re in a situation where you need the officer to take you seriously...
 Quoting: <~>

Yep.

Also, people hear St. George of Fentanyl using phrases like “yes, mister officer”. For the ignorant or naive they may think that means he was being compliant. Officers know what Floyd was saying and how he said it indicated someone who was being deceptive and non compliant. He was just running his mouth in part to cover for his non compliance. That was obvious to me.

So, since police can't medically examine every suspect they detain before he is detained, that leaves two options:

1. Police stop retraining anyone for fear a latent medical condition may act up and kill the suspect.

2. Suspects with medical conditions need to stop resisting arrest.

Personally, I think Option 2 makes more sense.

He said he knew he had been previously diagnosed and recovered many weeks before, but was unaware that he was positive at the time of death.

It was like a month before that he had tested positive so ME assumed he was negative since usually after 14 days it clears.

Then results came back well after autopsy.

At a certain point (usually when the blockage is at least 60 to 70% of the circular lumen area of a coronary artery) the heart muscle can’t get adequate blood or oxygen that it needs, especially when it has to work harder such as during exercise.

This can lead to symptoms such as chest pain (angina), or when severe enough, a heart attack, where permanent heart damage occurs.

It happens in some people, from what I understand that far out if you have no symptoms (which the ME just said as far as he could tell, Floyd didn't) it's usually just leftover viral DNA from viruses that your body already killed.

It can take a while for it to work it's way out of your system.

ME said lungs looked normal aside from edema that was likely caused by CPR so he probably didn't really have COVID at the time of death.
