Re: long haul covid 19
I know one other such individual.

Since he works for me I can't provide any advice.

to you I'd ask you to try Ivermectin. I've read that it has resolved long hauler symptoms.

Let me know what happens.

Re: long haul covid 19
My husband is finally recovered from long haul. Took six months. I had a thread on it with lots of information but couldn't find it for you or I'd link it.

Lots of supplements. Brain fog was helped by Lion's mane. Finally got a script for low dose naltrexone that helped with the chronic fatigue.

I'm sorry I can't find the thread. This phone is not the best.

Here's the basics... turmeric, red clover tea, xtendovite, vitamin c, D3, k2, multi vitamin, e, selenium, magnesium, artemisinin, NAC, probiotics, glutathione, zinc, juicing at least 3 times per week.

He was really bad. Has RA, so I think that made it worse. Hopefully someone can link you to the thread. I'll try again later.

Ac, you're stupid.

Like saying that if you're having allergies it's sorcery.

Re: long haul covid 19
OP, I'm sorry you are going thru this. Please look into NAD+.

Long haulers are having success in healing with it.

COVID impacts seniors more, due to depletion of Vitamin D and NAD+.

Even if you are not a senior, if your levels are low due to diet or lifestyle, covid will impact you more. Either by getting more seriously ill or simply not fully recivering.

Basically adopt an anti aging duet and supplement with select antioxidants or whole foods.

And remember, your body is always either healing/rejuvenating OR digesting. Can't do both at the same time. So fasting will help too.

I went thru it a bit myself, I wish I had known about NAD+.

I did Astaxanthin, quercetin, C, D, B, zinc, and l lysine (which reduces viral load).

Re: long haul covid 19
Our daughter got that. Some kind of dermatitis or psoriasis. Husband got spots on his head that itch and scab.

We used NAC, not NAD. Maybe I better look into that. They're both still having skin issues. I am fine.
