I believe the whole point of using mRNA in the first place is so that your own body is given the instructions to begin expressing the luciferase protein on its own, a result of what’s called “FLuc mRNA”.

I don’t see how any amount of actual luciferase injected into your body could last very long before being completely digested into carbs or fats naturally.
