For the record, if we're allowed to make fake currency & give it away as a novelty item, the same holds true for this. If I'm feeling "artistic" & I wanna design & give away my "art", who tf's gonna stop me? And if "stopping me" is a priority, weigh the consequence of that decision very carefully. My freedoms come at a very, very high price.
