For the record, if we're allowed to make fake currency & give it away as a novelty item, the same holds true for this. If I'm feeling "artistic" & I wanna design & give away my "art", who tf's gonna stop me? And if "stopping me" is a priority, weigh the consequence of that decision very carefully. ...but its OK to strip freedoms from individuals. Where do illegal mandates fall into this discussion. Keeping people from travel, schooling, medical treatment or just the pursuit of happiness is a human right violation...
