FWIW I find this account suspect. Grammar is below average for what I'd expect from a WH reporter. And I don't see any affiliation to media outlets.

If this video was taken at 8:30 pm or was it 9:30 pm? in Washington D.C. it seems like it would have been darker outside. Not saying it's not true. It's just a little strange and really doesn't tell us anything at all.
