Maybe false alarm or does this thing happen in waves like a Rotovirus?
Outside of being weak and sore, I feel totally fine today so far. Appetite and everything.
Quoting: The_Meridian Take ONE selenium supplement tablet a day. This does the same thing as zinc without having to take anything else. Do not take more than that as selenium poisoning is not good. Take some vitamin D3. Just DO IT!! These small things keep viruses away. Extremely cheap too. I'm on Selenium, probably not properly, but it's a part of my daily supplement.
