Feels like the flu.

Temperature about 3 degrees up
Dizzy/lightheaded/Chills but not the worst I've ever had.
Can't contemplate doing anything but laying down but overcame that and here I am typing at keyboard.

Sounds like it. I'm 55 and had it. It sucked - nut I overdosed on Zinc and Vit D. I also took aspirin (DON'T take Advil!). You'll be fine. I think day 3 was my worst. Chills etc. Wife came in and asked if I needed anything, so I told her to grab my pistol from the sock drawer. :-)

Just relax, get some rest, and do the Zinc and Vit D - BUT NO ADVIL. Only aspirin - Advil is not to be used on this - does something to your lungs or something.

Oh! BTW - I had it in December, 2019 (I was like the very first one or something). Since then, no colds, chills, fever, sore throat, nothing. Knowing this now, I'd have wished for this years ago. FWIW, I'm an anti vax/anti mask guy. I do NOTHING out of ordinary to prevent getting it. I regularly go outside & am around others to MAINTAIN my immune system.
