I've been taking 1 vitamin C, 1 vitamin D3

Turmeric 2 or 3 times a day since this all started.

Sometimes I feel like my body is barely starting to get

ill with a slight temperature then...it dissipates.

My body fights viruses constantly I think.

I also only drink water, tea or milk and eat hardly any beef.

I think all you do helps fight viruses...
