I am not sure. I am in contact with Beings that tell me they are with an outfit called Hafavun which they describe as the civilized free universe. They say it comprises about 67% of this universe. Our local sungod is in league with the evil demiurge that rules the other third, but God will step in some time before 20 March 2027. Ashtar command (Acom), the military and police force of Hafavun are surrounding the planet as back up.

They can send telepathic messages to anyone, but they have an easier time if you are high or the "veil" is thinned in some other way. Also growing out your spiritual antennae (hair) helps as well.

I do not know if this iunformation is correct. These Beings have lied to me before. They tend to use my own understanding and frame of reference in order to communicate with me. They always make sure that I am in doubt not knowing which of the presented scenarios is the truth.
