Ok...question and my apologies if it has already been addressed somewhere and I missed it.

I have started the hemi-sync program and have gotten to focus 10...so only wave 2....from the beginning, when you're asking for "guidance" I have felt a bit uncomfortable as to whom I am asking guidance from. PLUS, it states in the beginning that "I truly desire to KNOW and CONTROL, " etc

I do not want guidance from a demonic entity...and I am a bit curious as to the knowing and controlling part.
I mean...it is what sent Adam and Eve on the path to trouble.

I do add a little blurb in the intention setting part at the beginning of each meditation...that I seek guidance from those "others" if they are from God, nothing demonic. But I don't know if that is required, good enough, protective, etc.

SO..this morning when I saw that Monroe is knowledgeable on demons, aliens, etc...(but I haven't watched the OP video yet...I will) it concerned me as it kind of red-flagged my initial concern as to whom is helping us acquire the knowledge.

What are your thoughts on this?

It's a subtle energy, and it is rare to meet someone who does not have that around them.

Ask for protection from Jesus or Yeshua first. If you call on Him for guidance, you will actually meet Him, but you have to invite Him.

I've been quite busy in this life in coming out of the amnesic fog that disconnects us from our true self and higher consciousness. I've returned to the conscious singularity, the seed of the Universe and source of all sentience that expresses in all things.

I've come out of the amnesia so much so, that I recovered my arrival to this system and what I was before interfacing into my first sojourn here and then saw the thread of my continuity through lifetimes and the reasons why one life lead to the next in the choices and actions made.

From that nexus point, I also remember existing in other systems as other non-earth lifeforms and when I tried to find the beginning, the birth of the Universe I discovered that I have witnessed the birth and deaths of entire Universes, memories only set aside while here in deep immersion where forgetfulness, unknowns and fear are the only true barriers we all face.

So I don't worry about it knowing what I know. We are all one that became many parts to become more than the sum of our parts. An awareness fractal moving into and out of immersive experiences in the infinite omniverse.

Of course, most wouldn't know this or believe so I mostly just keep that to myself as I continue to self-edify towards truth and evolve towards love.

From what you stated earlier about the one who placed you here, there is apparently a reason other than what you've witnessed so far. Being in a human form is not necessarily the highest order of existence as can be attested to.
Could be the soul is searching for something yet unanswered in it's quest towards it's completion.

It is interesting when presented with the being of light in that transition between lifetimes. I'll try to shine some light on it because it is something real and something we will all face regardless of our beliefs.

In that former life, I had absolutely no idea what it was, other than it was something intelligent that forced me back into this life. The fractal-like portal, the dissolution of the current personality in the cleaning of the slate was very traumatic and terrifying to say the least. It gave me PSTD as a child having to process through those memories once I settled into this life. I was very unwilling to 'come back' due to the violent nature of humans. And was escaping (or at least I thought when I slept because I could phase back to this being and protest being sent back, in which it would always say "This time, it will be different" and would always force me back into that fractal-like portal.

Up until the age of 5, I was in this conflict with the being returning to it, protesting being returned here, reliving the traumatic death process over and over again as haunting dreams and this past self was like a shadow lurking with me unaccepting of what has happened. Finally at the age of five after years of traumatic experiences to process, I stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom of the house that my parents built and this former self which felt as if it stood behind me in the darkness behind my eyes finally accepted that it was now a kid, and to just be this kid and let go. I could literally feel it drift into empty space and all of the trauma, the memories etc just released. No more OBEs, no more nightmares, no more fighting with this being of light, just a kid shedding off the last vestige of this former self.

Well, for the next 10 years I'm just like everyone else. Parents are indoctrinating me into Christianity and of course, there is a reference to this being of light as being God or even the Devil. Having had a personal experience with it I now thought maybe it was God except to my dismay when I talked about meeting it and being sent back from another past life the people of my Church didn't like hearing this and by the age of 12 I was kicked out because my sincerity of sharing this to better understand it was an often punishable offense to the ones who believed something different.

So I rejected the 'religious' perspectives and actually started to become a skeptic as a friend of mine had an uncle who was part of the Skeptic Society and took me under his wing to show me all the fallacies in religion, psychics, aliens and I enjoyed the critical thinking, logical arguments and fallacies. We was willing to hear about my past-life and then he tried to find arguments to prove it wasn't what it was based on his belief-system, but because I was still a teenager I think he felt it was just a matter of correcting this 'mis-guided' belief based on his perspective.

So I had about a 10 year drought where this being of light and I had a break so to speak. At 15 though I took an interest in lucid dreaming because I developed a love for dreaming thanks to influences from pop-culture and was having some really amazing dreams that made me want to learn how to have even more amazing dreams and learned that we could 'lucid' dream. I started to become self-aware in my dreams for the first time since the age of 5.

But this time, it was more playful and fun as I was enjoying controlling the dream state, making it really artistic and amazing but noticed there was a 'voice' teaching me how to dream. The 'voice' was teaching how to construct dreams using highly-organized thought to shape the context of the dream world and gave amazing examples within the dream of the whole process, and that amazed me to have this 'guide' or 'teacher' within the dream itself that seemed to know everything about this process.

As to what that was, at that time I didn't know what to make of it, but since it was so knowledgeable and helpful I enjoyed its advice and teachings when it would emerge in the dream state. It would construct any type of dream I wanted to have with me, so fun to be honest.

But... it was very clever because in this playful banter of teaching me how dreams work, it started to leak in precognitive dreams which I never had before. And strategically, methodically well planned so when I started to experience my first wave of precognitive dreams at 16. In the beginning I just brushed it off as coincidence, but it persisted until they became a literal re-run of my dreamlife actualizing as my waking life. Once the 'coincidence' factor was gone the sober and terrifying realization came that somehow dreams were predicting 100% literal accurate accounts of future events.

That is when I started to take this 'voice' and everything serious and started to remember the being-of-light, my past-life and every detail because the game changed and I now wanted answers.

Finally, by 17 I did what I did in my infancy and returned once again to this being of light. It was it's 'voice' in these preliminary dreams guiding and teaching me.

Well... this time I wasn't fighting it. I stood there curious and simply asked, "Why did you send me back from my other life into this one?"

And it replied, "What makes you think that was your only other life?"

That was one hell of a question because as far as I knew, it was just the two and the idea that there would have been more didn't even cross my mind the whole time.

"You mean there's more?" I asked it.

And it just answered by literally 'connecting' me to all of the memories and suddenly I was flooded by a plethora of lifetimes.

This is where I was able to find out that the memories are not 'deleted' as I once thought but rather simply 'set aside'

Well, that was good news because I honestly thought that the cleaning of the slate was the actual destruction of the memories of one's past. Finding out that everything is still intact and just set aside was kind of a relief.

Now that I knew this being was there, all these memories were there I started to get into exploring what else had I forgotten.

I could return to this being and it had information that stumped every person I've ever met in my waking life and answers that no-one here could give. What ever it was, I knew it was the real-deal and started to really love working with it more as a friend than in fear as before.

Well, 7 years go by and what an amazing 7 years of precognitive dreams, lucid precognitive dreams, active lucid precognitive dreams and much more. By this point I had gone past my Earth perspective and into other systems and enjoyed every encounter with the Being of Light.

Then it happened, at the age of 24 I would be back in it's presence now more focused on it rather than myself. I realized I really didn't give it any honest attention as to who/what it was being so focused on myself, my fragmented memories and just the new found playfulness.

In this encounter, I zeroed in on who/what this being-of-light that was guiding me, knew more about myself, life, reality and reality systems.

We talked in both English and in a non-verbal language of dreams. We had lots of knowledge about ourselves and our relationship together spanning epochs of time/space and have been together on this journey in timelessness forever.

Then it hit me hard, it wasn't separate from me. I realized it was me. On that day we simply merged and the dualism was lost. It was also the last time that I would encounter the being-of-light from that perspective so 25 years later I've simply just enjoyed being my true self in this lifetime.

The promise of 'different' now realized fully what that meant.

It's quite a journey we are on, to find ourselves. Not too many know what that journey is or what that means being lost in what they become as.

We are all that being of light. It is the true self, the sentience that exists within all living things, the one that became many, to become one again.

Kind of like the Beyonder from Marvel comics, a true cosmic being that transcends all 'matter' or 'reality systems as those are merely dreams that it is constructing to play in and experience as us.

I was kinda looking forward to bardo and now I hear there is a light being acting all bossy and throwing souls through portals, well it seems I'm gonna change plans.

Yeah, I thought it was a bit of a dick move considering I clearly stated implicitly that I didn't want to come back into this system. But my perspective at that moment was very minuscule. Not a lot of knowledge regarding that non-physical aspect of reality vs this perspective we have while here.

The problem was, I got so layered over by many other lifetimes this system had me very locked in. My first life, I could have avoided such layering because when I died and returned there I could have left and moved on but found the allure of another lifetime too good to pass up.

The best local analogy, it was like crack for the soul. Very very addictive. A consequence I didn't realize until this lifetime. Why a consequence, we all know choosing something based on addiction isn't a free-will choice is all.

It was the second life where I noticed that it was the current personality, not myself making the choices for the next life and that process continued further embedding me into this particular system. Which from that perspective is trivial and not a big deal. But in this perspective, it can be overwhelming.

But now I have a much better understanding of what's going on and know we do evolve into something more through these intense immersive life experiences. The old saying, "Coal doesn't become diamonds without pressure".

And we are all diamonds in the rough.

Since it was me that sent me back, kind of hard to fight with oneself over one's choices. Just make better choices seems key in this relationship.
