I would like to present a cure to negate the effects of this mind programming. There are tons of free methods to reprogram your mind, choose an author you trust. YouTube.com is your friends in regard.

Subliminal Advertising only works if you have a wish washy set of beliefs. Which, we all have anyhow.

One way to reprogram your mind so it is not influenced/manipulated is to write down this affirmation:



This is purely a defensive strategy, but it can lead to the discovery of offensive tactics you can use.

If you think affirmations are garbage or bs, then this method won't work.

I can attest to its effectiveness. If that helps.
